In this video Sienna and her mother Selina kindly share their story of how ISupport has improved Sienna’s experiences and interactions with health professionals and health services.

The video highlights the importance of communication, building trust and the ‘little things’ which can make a big difference to children’s healthcare experiences.

Thank you Sienna and Selina.

This initiative which involved multi-disciplinary interactive education sessions represents a significant step forward in child-centered care.
